Application
DynaMesh-PP mesh implants, light and standard version, can be used for all common open and laparoscopic techniques of inguinal or incisional hernia repair, e.g.:- Lichtenstein technique or TIPP,
- transabdominal preperitoneal herniaplastic (TAPP) or
- total extraperitoneal herniaplastic (TEP)
- further onlay- and sublay-techniques

DynaMesh-PP is explicit not to use with the intraperitoneal onlay mesh technique (IPOM), because with direct contact to the intestine adhesives may occur. For IPOM-technique special DynaMesh-IPOM implants are available.
DynaMesh-PP will be selected from the delivery program according to the size of defect and can be cut to measure outside the operation field.
